Background:

Coach Baity has BS Criminal Justice from East Carolina University and has completed some master’s level course work at the University of Louisville.

He was a North Carolina State Trooper for almost 30 years retiring from the North Carolina Highway Patrol in February 2021. He has coached football from the middle school level to the high school level going into his 32nd season.

Coach Baity currently teaches U.S. History and Law & Court Proceedings at Manatee High School.
