Coach Kyle Manion brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Manatee High School football program, specializing in developing the Hurricanes’ linebacker corps. A 2014 graduate of Quince Orchard High School in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Manion was a standout athlete in both football and lacrosse, proudly wearing jersey number 33 in each sport. On the gridiron, he excelled as both a linebacker and fullback; on the lacrosse field, he anchored the defense with the same competitive edge.

After high school, Manion earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and began building his coaching career. With over eight years of coaching experience, he is recognized for his technical knowledge, leadership, and commitment to player development. His roots in one of Maryland’s most dominant football programs—Quince Orchard recently celebrated a 37-game win streak as of October 2023—have shaped his high standards and competitive mindset.

Today, Coach Manion channels that winning tradition into helping Manatee’s linebackers excel both on and off the field.
